  • Why BeeSavy?

    Pay less when you shop online through BeeSavy with comparison shopping, cash back discounts, and coupons. BeeSavy is the first website to combine these money-saving tools with referral cash back to make sure that you pay the lowest price and save the most money when you shop online.

  • What is Cash Back?

    When you shop through BeeSavy at one of our trusted stores, we earn a sales commission on anything you purchase from that store. We pass most of this commission back to you as "cash back".

  • What is Referral Cash Back?

    When you refer users to BeeSavy, we pay you 10% cash back commission every time they shop…forever. We also pay you 10% cash back commission on every one they refer up to seven (7) levels deep.

  • Where do I begin?

    First, Sign Up for a BeeSavy account; this is completely free with NO hidden costs. All you need is an email address to get started. After you have created an account, you can click the Shop By Store button at the top of the page or search for a product by typing the name of the product into the search bar at the top of the page. BeeSavy will show you all stores that sell that product as well as the list price, sales tax, shipping cost, cash back discount, and coupon savings at each store. Coupon savings will be applied to the price during the store's checkout process. After making your purchase, that store will notify us of the purchase and your cash back will be posted to your BeeSavy account within 1-4 days. Sign Up Now to start saving money.

  • Do I need an account to use BeeSavy?

    In order to receive cash back you must first Sign Up for a BeeSavy account. It is a very quick and simple process and you only need to provide us with an email address and password to get started. If you are not a BeeSavy member, you can still use BeeSavy to compare prices, find coupons, and browse products, but you will not earn cash back.

  • How do I search for a product?

    To search for a product, type the name of the product into the search bar at the top of the page and click the "Search" button.

  • How do I shop by store?

    Click the Shop by Store button at the top of the page.

  • How do I receive cash back payments?

    Once you have accumulated at least $10 of Available cash back, you can receive a cash back payment. To request a payment, Login and click the My Account link at the top of the page. Once on the My Account page, click Request Payment. You can receive cash back payments through the mail via check or electronically through PayPal. You have the option to receive cash back payments at your request or once your account reaches a minimum balance or after a specified number of months.

  • Who is eligible to sign up for a BeeSavy account?

    Anyone who has an email address, is at least 18 years of age, and adheres to BeeSavy's Terms & Conditions is eligible to sign up for a BeeSavy account.

  • What's the catch?

    There really is no catch. You will never be charged any hidden fees. We will never ask for your credit card information. We will never sell your personal information. BeeSavy is 110% free... really, it is! We pay you cash back every time you shop online through BeeSavy. All of the cash back and referral cash back is funded through our retail partners and advertisers.

  • SHOPPING & SEARCHING

  • Am I buying directly from BeeSavy?

    No. BeeSavy is not a store and does not sell any products. BeeSavy is a shopping portal that helps you compare prices and save money when you shop online. If you have any questions about the product(s) you ordered, please contact the store from whom you bought that product.

  • How do I search for a product?

    To search for a product, type the name of the product into the search bar at the top of the page and click the "Search" button.

  • How do I shop by store?

    Click the Shop by Store button at the top of the page.

  • I'm having trouble finding a product. What should I do?

    Try again. BeeSavy's search engine covers millions of different products, so here are some tips to help you find what you're looking for: TMouse traps, a computer mouse, or the latest Modest Mouse CD? Words often have multiple meanings and implications, so be sure your search phrase clearly specifies the type of product you're looking for. Be specific. If you're looking for a particular product, try typing that product's model number into the BeeSavy search bar. Refine Search. Be sure to use the filters on the left side of the search results to help narrow and improve the results.

  • How does BeeSavy choose which stores to list on its site?

    We manually review each store listed on BeeSavy to ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure. If you ever have an issue with a BeeSavy store, please let us know.

  • Does BeeSavy search stores that are close to my house?

    At this time, BeeSavy only searches online stores.

  • Why do store prices sometimes differ from the list price I saw on BeeSavy?

    BeeSavy does its best to show accurate list prices, but sometimes a store will change its price before we've had a chance to update our database.

  • Why do tax and shipping costs sometimes differ from what I saw on BeeSavy?

    BeeSavy does its best to show accurate tax and shipping costs, but please keep in mind that for some stores, the tax and shipping costs shown are only estimates. Sales tax estimates are based on your zip code and the sales tax policies of the merchant. Shipping cost estimates are based on the product weight, shipping destination, distribution center location, and carrier used (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). In some cases, however, BeeSavy is not provided with all information necessary to estimate the exact tax and shipping costs.

  • USING BEESAVY COUPONS

  • How do I use coupons on BeeSavy?

    If no coupon code is required, simply click the coupon link and the coupon discount will automatically be applied to your order during the store's checkout process. If a coupon code is required, copy the coupon code by highlighting it, right-clicking your mouse, and selecting "Copy". Once you have copied the code, click "Shop Now". Add the product(s) to your shopping cart and look for the "Promotion Code" or "Coupon Code" field during the checkout process. Right-click inside of this field and select "Paste" and click the "Update Price" button if there is one.

  • When do I receive discounts from coupons?

    Discounts from coupons are applied during the store's checkout process. Discounts from cash back, however, are posted to your account 1-4 days after completing your purchase.

  • Can I use coupons not provided by BeeSavy and still earn cash back?

    No. If you use a coupon not provided by BeeSavy, you are not eligible to earn cash back on the purchase.

  • Why doesn't BeeSavy offer coupons at certain stores?

    Unfortunately, some stores do not provide us with coupons. BeeSavy works as hard as possible to provide you with the largest selection of quality coupons.

  • What is Cash Back?

  • Can I make purchases directly from the merchant and still receive cash back?

    No. In order to receive cash back from BeeSavy on your purchase, you must first Login to BeeSavy and click on the link to the merchant's website

  • Do I get my cash back from BeeSavy or the merchant?

    You will receive your cash back payments from BeeSavy via check or PayPal. If you opt to receive payments through the mail, your check will be sent through Bank of America and will arrive in a Bank of America envelope; enclosed will be a check to you from BeeSavy, LLC If you are located outside of the United States, you are not eligible to receive checks.

  • Do I have to be a BeeSavy member to get cash back?

    Yes. In order to receive cash back you must first Sign Up for a BeeSavy account. It is a very quick and simple process and you only need to provide an email address and password to get started. If you are not a member, you can still use BeeSavy to compare prices, find coupons, and browse products, but you will not earn cash back.

  • My files are missing! How do I get them back?

  • Do I have to sign in every time before I shop to earn cash back?

    Yes. In order for us to track your purchase and give you cash back, you need to Sign In before you go shopping. If you don't want to sign in every time, just check the "Remember me on this computer" box located under the login fields.

  • Do I earn cash back on everything I buy at a store, or only for the product I found at BeeSavy?

    As long as you click on a product or store link from BeeSavy, you will earn cash back on all eligible purchases you make during your store visit. A store visit means the same web browsing session (not to exceed 24 hours) in which you click on a BeeSavy product or store link.

  • What if I accidentally close my web browser window while shopping at one of the merchant sites? Do I need to go back to the site through BeeSavy?

    To be sure that you earn your cash back, please return to the merchant site through the BeeSavy product or store link if you accidentally close your web browser window while shopping at one of the merchant sites.

  • What if the BeeSavy screen closes while I'm shopping?

    If you've already clicked the product or store link from BeeSavy, don't worry if the BeeSavy screen closes while you're shopping, you will still earn cash back!

  • Can I use coupons not provided by BeeSavy and still earn cash back?

    No. If you use a coupon not provided by BeeSavy, you are not eligible to earn cash back on the purchase.

  • Why doesn't BeeSavy offer cash back at certain stores?

    Unfortunately, some stores do not allow BeeSavy to track your purchase. Without tracking your purchase, BeeSavy is unable to provide cash back.

  • Can I use or buy a gift certificate or gift card and still get cash back?

    Sometimes. We cannot provide cash back on purchases made with gift cards. We are also unable to provide cash back on gift card purchases, except for at stores in our Gift Cards category.

  • Do I have to do anything at checkout to make sure I earn my BeeSavy cash back?

    Nope. As long as you used a BeeSavy link to get to the merchant site where you are making your purchase, you will receive your cash back; we will take care of the rest. Your cash back will not show up immediately after you purchase the item, it usually takes 1-4 days (in rare cases, it can take up to 20 days) for the purchase to post to your account.

  • Why doesn't my cash back show up when I check out?

    Even though your cash back doesn't show up at checkout, don't worry, you are still earning cash back. Usually within 1-4 days you will be able to view your earnings by clicking on the My Account link. Some sites, however, can take as long as 20 days (after the shipping date) to notify us of your purchase. BeeSavy will email you once we are notified of your purchase.

  • It has been longer than 4 days and a purchase isn't showing up in my account. What should I do?

    Purchases typically take 1-4 days to post to your account. If it has been longer than 4 days, please Contact Us and choose "Where's My Cash Back?" as the Subject. Please make sure that you have received order confirmation from the merchant before filing a Missing Purchase Report. It is also possible that your cash back has not posted to your account for other reasons: You used a coupon not provided by BeeSavy You added items to your shopping cart before clicking through from BeeSavy You have cookies disabled You closed your web browser window before completing your purchase

  • What is the difference between Pending, Available, and Processing cash back, as shown in my account?

    Pending cash back is the amount that you have earned but that cannot yet be withdrawn because the return times (15-75 days) on those purchases have not yet passed. Once the return time on a purchase passes, the cash back for that purchase will become available, and will then be considered Available cash back. Processing cash back refers to the money that is available and currently in the process of being sent to you.

  • What is the difference between Pending and Available Referral cash back?

    Pending Referral cash back is commission from people you've referred that can't be withdrawn yet because the return period has not yet passed. Once the return period on the purchase passes, the referral commission for that purchase will become available, and will then be considered Available Referral cash back.

  • How long will I have to wait for my cash back to become Available?

    Your purchase will be posted to your account within 1-4 days, but your earnings on a specific purchase will become Available for payment once the return time on that purchase has passed. Return times vary depending on the store but are generally between 15-75 days. Once the return time has passed, your cash back earnings will become available for withdrawal.

  • Can I use any payment method at a store's checkout and still earn cash back?

    You can use your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account at checkout and still earn cash back. For other payment methods (Google Checkout, Bill Me Later, etc.), we can't guarantee that your purchase will be reported to BeeSavy correctly, but we are working hard to improve our service and support all payment methods in the future.

  • Is there a limit on how much cash back I can get?

    Nope. Get cash back to your heart's content!

  • Can I get cash back for phone or in-store purchases?

    BeeSavy cash back is currently only available for online purchases, but it's a feature we will keep in mind for the future

  • Am I taxed on the cash back I receive from BeeSavy?

    We're shoppers, not lawyers and this is not intended to be tax advice. BeeSavy is not required to report the cash back that it pays you on your personal spending (personal cash back). We are required to report referral cash back (commission from people you refer to BeeSavy) once that amount exceeds $600 in a calendar year. As such, we will contact you to get additional information when you are approaching $600 in referral cash back. We will also provide you with a 1099-MISC form for your tax preparation requirements.

  • Why doesn't my cash back show up when I check out?

    Even though your cash back doesn't show up at checkout, don't worry, you are still earning cash back. Usually within 1-4 days you will be able to view your earnings by clicking on the My Account tab. Some sites, however, can take as long as 20 days (after the shipping date) to notify us of your purchase. BeeSavy will email you once we are notified of your purchase.

  • It has been longer than 4 days and a purchase isn't showing up in my account. What should I do?

  • How do I return a product I bought from a BeeSavy store?

    Please check with the store from whom you bought the product in order to determine their return policy. Please send your returns directly to that store and not to BeeSavy, as the product was not purchased directly from BeeSavy. If you return, cancel, or exchange part or all of a purchase, please keep in mind that your cash back will be reversed for the product(s) returned.

      Use your imagination!   We provide you with many referral tools in the My Account section.   This includes
    • 1.  Sample emails to send to friends, family, and contacts
    • 2.  Sample emails to send to webmasters of the websites that you frequent
    • 3.  Social Networking tools for Facebook and Twitter
    • 4.  Banner Ads to place on your websites
    • 5.  Traditional collateral such as brochures, flyers, and business cards available through the BeeSavy
           Store.

  • Who is eligible to sign up for a BeeSavy account?

  • How do I change my BeeSavy email address or password?

    Login and click the My Account link at the top of the page. Once on the My Account page, click Edit email & password. Make your desired changes and click the "Save Changes" button.

  • How do I edit my payment method?

    Login and click the My Account link at the top of the page. Once on the My Account page, click the "Account Settings" tab on the top right. From there, select the radio button that correlates with your preferred payment method. After you have filled out the necessary information click the "Save Changes" button.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Please visit the Forgot Password page and enter the email address associated with your BeeSavy account.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Reconsider.  BeeSavy saves you money on millions of products and hundreds of stores by offering comparison shopping, cash back discounts, and coupons.  If you have any questions or concerns about BeeSavy, please Contact Us.  If you're sure you'd like to terminate your account, please send an email to help@beesavy.com with subject "Terminate my BeeSavy account" and we will remove your account from our database.
